BTG Pactual works with various forms of recruitment and uses, as a basis, a highly participative, efficient and informal selection and assessment system. In our external selection processes, we mainly hire employees to work in our Finance, Operations, Fund Administration and IT areas.
In order to attract the most qualified employees, we use recommendations from different sources: internal referrals by the Bank’s own employees (a tradition at BTG Pactual), our ties with universities in Brazil and abroad, our website (+30,000 registered curricula), partnerships with Institutions and Foundations and social networks (BTG Pactual is on LinkedIn and Facebook).
In the external recruitment process, the approved candidate undergoes, on average, eight interviews, passing through HR, different employees and partners from the specific business area the candidate hopes to join, and at least two partners from other business lines. We hire employees with a profile that fits our culture as a whole and who can be moved to different areas.
